摘　　要：随着国民经济的进一步发展,施工企业也面临着日趋激烈的竞争,各施工企业亟需加大造价控制力度,降低工程成本,提升企业核心竞争力。本文主要针对工程量清单计价模式下,建筑施工企业进行造价控制方法进行研究和探讨,以期在研究探讨中能为企业持续健康发展提供理论支持。With the further development of the national economy,construction companies are also facing increasingly fierce competition.All construction companies urgently need to increase cost control,reduce engineering costs,and enhance their core competitiveness.This article mainly focuses on the construction cost control method of construction enterprises under the engineering quantity list pricing model for research and discussion,in order to provide theoretical support for the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises in the research and discussion.
