摘 要:在"互联网+"商业模式下,"共享经济"已然成为经济新范式。房地产行业作为经济领域里的支柱行业,同步时代是行业发展的必然需求。共享经济热潮下,房地产商们也在不断改革、转型、探索新模式,以期在市场中持续生存。本文提出了一种"共享房地产"模式,试图通过这种模式应和社会发展需求,为将来的房地产转型提供一种思路。Under the"Internet+"business model,"sharing economy"has become a new economic paradigm.As the pillar industry in the economic field,the real estate industry is an inevitable demand for the development of the industry in the synchronized era.Under the sharing economy boom,real estate developers are also constantly reforming,transforming,and exploring new models in order to survive in the market.This article proposes a"sharing real estate"model,trying to adapt to the needs of social development through this model to provide a way of thinking for the future real estate transformation.
