摘　　要：城市生态水系是非常重要的自然资源,对城市的发展有着至关重要的作用和影响,城市在发展建设过程中需要加强生态水系的保护力度,对城市生态河流资源进行合理科学的利用。因此,为了更好地分析生态水系与城市发展的关系,本文将以宁远河流域崖州段环境资源保护利用规划为例,通过分析宁远河的发展现状,对其资源保护与利用进行研究,从而提出对生态水系的发展具有一定建设性的意见。The urban ecological water system is a very important natural resource,which has a vital role and influence on the development of the city.The city needs to strengthen the protection of the ecological water system in the process of development and construction,and make rational and scientific use of the urban ecological river resources.Therefore,in order to better analyze the relationship between the ecological water system and urban development,this article takes the environmental protection and utilization planning of the Yazhou Section of the Ningyuan River Basin as an example,by analyzing the development status of Ningyuan River and studying its resource protection and utilization,it puts forward some constructive opinions on the development of ecological water system.
