摘　　要：本文根据2019和2020年中央"一号文件"精神以及江西省高校人文社会科学研究项目立项要求,全方位立体式对江西省丰城市泉港镇推进新型城镇化和特色城镇规划建设研究进行了整个系统阐述、分析和研究,概念鲜明,数据准确,观点新颖,建议合理,举措得力,思想深邃。为江西省乃至全国各兄弟省市自治区以及港澳台特别行政区正在搞新型城镇化和城镇规划建设的同行提供了一个可以参考借鉴的案例,共同目标都是要实现城镇化小康社会60%和成熟城镇化70%的目标以及具体的实现时间表。Based on the spirit of the"No.1 Document"of the central government in 2019 and 2020 and the requirements for the establishment of humanities and social sciences research projects in colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province,This article comprehensively expounds,analyzes,and studies the whole system of the three-dimensional three-dimensional research on the promotion of new urbanization and the planning and construction of characteristic towns in Quangang Town,Fengcheng City,Jiangxi Province.It provides a case that can be used for reference by peers in Jiangxi Province and even other provinces,municipalities,autonomous regions and Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan Special Administrative Regions who are engaged in new urbanization and urban planning and construction.The common goal is to achieve the goal of 60%of urbanization and a well-off society and 70%of mature urbanization and a specific timetable for realization.
