摘 要:为建立高强型水泥乳化沥青砂浆(CA砂浆)抗压强度的计算公式,采用万能材料试验机对不同配合比的CA砂浆进行了应力-应变压缩试验,研究了砂灰比(mS/mC)对CA砂浆抗压强度的影响,推导了CA砂浆抗压强度与组成配比的定量关系。结果表明,在一定mS/mC范围内,砂对CA砂浆抗压强度的影响较小;CA砂浆的强度主要取决于水泥沥青胶凝材料和胶凝材料与砂的界面性能;依据水泥基材料的细观力学理论,建立了CA砂浆抗压强度与配合比参数的数学模型,经与相关文献中的数据进行验证,所建模型具有良好的普适性。In order to establish a calculation model for high strength cement asphalt mortar(CA mortar),the stress-strain curves of CA mortar with different mix proportions were examined by a universal material testing machine.The effect of mS/mC on compressive strength of CA mortar was studied,and the mathematical relationship between compressive strength and mix proportion parameters were established.Results show that in some range of mS/mC,the content of sand poses little effect on the compressive strength of CA mortar.The strength of CA mortar mainly depends on cement asphalt binder(CA binder)and the interface properties between CA binder and sand.Referring to the micro-mechanics theory for cement-based materials,a mathematical model between compressive strength and mix proportion parameters is founded.Through the verification by the data of related literatures,the established model has good universality.
