摘 要:通过半连续乳液接枝共聚的方法制备了聚丁二烯(PB)与聚苯乙烯(PS)质量比为50/50的聚丁二烯接枝聚苯乙烯(PB-g-PS)共聚胶乳。在水与水泥的质量比为0.40、胶乳固体质量与水泥的质量比为10%的条件下,将PB-g-PS胶乳掺入水泥砂浆对其进行改性,并通过扫描电镜观察了参比及改性砂浆的微观形貌。经研究发现,当稀硫酸质量浓度增加及浸泡时间延长时,参比水泥砂浆的失重率及吸水率也随之增加,抗压强度变小,但改性水泥砂浆耐稀硫酸腐蚀性明显优于参比水泥砂浆;参比及改性水泥砂浆在质量浓度为15%的稀硫酸溶液中浸泡100 d时,失重率前者几乎达100%而后者为68.65%,且改性水泥砂浆的抗压强度降幅较小;参比及改性水泥砂浆在质量浓度为10%的稀硫酸溶液中浸泡100 d时,吸水率分别为7.19%和4.09%;改性砂浆的结构更致密且界面结构得到了改善,随稀硫酸溶液浓度的增加,氢氧化钙晶体数量减少,形态呈六角形片状结构。The PB-g-PS latex copolymerization latex with mass ratio of 50/50 was prepared by semi-continuous emulsion graft copolymerization.When the mass ratio of water to cement was 0.40 and the mass ratio of latex solid to cement was 10%,the cement mortar was modified by PB-g-PS latex,and the microstructure of the reference and modified mortar were observed by SEM.According to the study,it is found that when the mass concentration of dilute sulfuric acid increases and the soaking time is prolonged,the weight loss ratio and water absorption ratio of reference cement mortar also increase,and the compressive strength decreases.However,the resistance sulfuric acid corrosion of modified cement mortar is obviously better than that of reference cement mortar.When the reference and modified cement mortar have been soaked in dilute sulfuric acid solution with a mass concentration of 15%for 100 d,the weigth loss ratio of the former is almost 100%,while that of the latter is 68.65%.When the reference and modified cement mortar have been soaked in dilute sulfuric acid solution with mass concentration of 10%for 100 d,the water absorption ratio are 7.19%and 4.09%respectively.The structure of modified mortar is denser and the interface structure is improved.With the increase of the concentration of dilute sulfuric acid solution,the number of calcium hydroxide crystals decreases and the shape is hexagonal flake structure.
