硫酸法锌盐类钛白盐分损失研究

摘  要:针对硫酸法锌盐类钛白初品中盐分含量波动较大的难题,以二洗偏钛酸、磷酸、氢氧化钾和氧化锌为原料,在实验室开展了盐处理剂浓度、偏钛酸浓度和盐处理温度等工艺参数对盐处理剂损失规律的研究。研究结果表明,在研究的工艺参数下,钾盐、锌盐及磷酸盐三者的损失规律不一致,其中锌盐损失率比钾盐大,磷酸盐基本无损失;提高盐处理偏钛酸浓度、盐处理温度和煅烧温度有助于降低锌盐及钾盐的损失,降低盐处理剂加量和压榨效果有助于降低锌盐及钾盐的损失,盐处理时间对锌盐及钾盐损失无影响。本研究为硫酸法锌盐类钛白控制盐处理剂损失和稳定及提高产品质量提供了重要的技术支撑。For the problem of large fluctuation of salt content in the initial zinc salt titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid process,the process parameters such as salt treatment agent concentration,titanic acid concentration and salt treatment temperature were studied for the loss of salt treatment agent with the second-washed titanic acid,phosphoric acid,potassium hydroxide and zinc oxide as raw materials in the laboratory.The results show that under the same condition,the loss regular of potassium,zinc,and phosphate are inconsistent.The loss ratio of zinc is greater than the loss ratio of potassium,and the proportion of phosphate loss is negligible.Increasing the concentration of metatitanic acid,salt treatment temperature or calcination temperature in salt treatment can help reduce the loss of zinc and potassium salts.Reducing the amount of salt treatment and the effect of squeezing can help reduce the loss of zinc and potassium salts,salt treatment time has no effect on the loss of zinc and potassium salts.This study provides important technical support for the control of the loss of salt treatment agent for zinc salt-based titanium and the stability and improvement of product quality.
