摘 要:为了制备高性能改性乳化沥青,在不同增黏树脂掺量(6%、9%、12%、15%、18%)的条件下制备了改性乳化沥青。基于BCR改性乳化沥青技术评价体系和SuperPave规范PG分级体系评价增黏树脂改性乳化沥青性能,采用黏结力试验评价增黏树脂改性乳化沥青的层间黏结强度,并基于磨耗试验、力学强度试验、三大路用性能试验与疲劳试验评价增黏树脂改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料的强度特性与耐久性能。结果表明,掺加增黏树脂能显著提高基质沥青的高低温性能,增黏树脂改性乳化沥青具有优异的粘附性和黏结强度,但是过多的增黏树脂影响乳化沥青水油结构体系的稳定性。掺加增黏树脂改性乳化沥青能够显著改善冷再生混合料的早期抗磨耗性能、路用性能和抗疲劳性能,推荐用于乳化沥青冷再生混合料的最佳增黏树脂掺量为12%~15%。In order to prepare high-performance modified emulsified asphalt,the modified emulsified asphalt was prepared by different content of tackifying resin(6%,9%,12%,15%and 18%).Based on BCR modified emulsified asphalt technology evaluation system and SuperPave standard PG classification system,the performance of tackifying resin modified emulsified asphalt was evaluated.Adhesion test was used to evaluate the interlayer bonding strength of tackifying resin modified emulsified asphalt.Based on abrasion test,mechanical strength tests,three major road performance tests and fatigue tests,the strength characteristics and durability of tackifying resin modified emulsified asphalt cold-recycled mixtures were evaluated.The results show that the addition of tackifying resin can significantly improve the high and low temperature performance of matrix asphalt.The tackifying resin modified emulsified asphalt has excellent adhesion and bond strength,but too much tackifying resin affects the structure of the emulsified asphalt water-oil structure system stability.Tackifying resin modified emulsified asphalt can significantly improve the early anti-wear performance,road performance and fatigue resistance of cold recycled mixtures.The best tackifying resin content of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixtures is 12%-15%.
