乳品供应链质量控制协同度实证研究——基于10省1564份问卷调查数据

摘　　要：基于来自10省份590家奶农、224家乳品加工企业和750家超市的问卷调查数据,选取投入品来源、检疫检验、档案管理、设施配置、环境维护和员工培训等6类要素为序参量,考虑每类序参量的认知与行为,构建了质量控制协同度模型(SQC模型),从横向要素层面和纵向子系统层面实证研究了乳品供应链中奶农、乳品加工企业和超市的质量控制有序度与协同度。结果表明:横向要素层面上,除投入品来源外,乳品加工企业子系统的质量控制有序度高于奶农和超市子系统,质量控制协同度呈现"N"型分布;纵向子系统层面上,乳品加工企业子系统的有序度最高,其次是奶农子系统,超市子系统最低,呈现"Λ"型分布,乳品供应链质量控制协同度为0.534,处于初级协同阶段。Based on questionnaire data from 590 dairy farmers,224 dairy processing enterprises and 750 supermarkets in 10 provinces,six types of factors,such as input source,quarantine inspection,file management,facility configuration,environmental maintenance and employee training,were selected as the order parameters.Considering the cognition and behavior of each type of order parameters,a quality control collaborative model(SQC model)was constructed,and the quality control order and synergy of the three subsystems of dairy farmers,dairy processing enterprises and supermarkets in the dairy supply chain were empirically studied.The results show that at the level of horizontal factors,in addition to the source of inputs,the order of quality control of dairy processing enterprises is higher than that of dairy farmers and supermarkets,and the quality control of dairy supply chain shows"N"type distribution.At the subsystem level,the dairy processing enterprise subsystem has the highest order degree,followed by the dairy farm subsystem,the supermarket subsystem is the lowest,showing the"Λ"type distribution,and the dairy product supply chain quality control coordination degree is 0.534,which is in the primary synergy stage.
