贫困地区农户生计选择、农民增收的差异性研究——基于田野调查的实证数据分析

摘　　要：文中基于甘肃省少数民族地区G乡1043户建档立卡户的实地走访数据,运用多值处理模型和Tobit模型,分析了影响G乡建档立卡户农民生计选择和家庭收入的因素。研究结果表明:经营种植业、经营养殖业、人均种植规模和家庭各类收入等对农户生计选择有着显著性影响;二是农户生计选择对家庭各类收入均呈现出正向显著性,对家庭务农收入、人均收入及务工收入的显著度分别为199.1%、17.4%、440%;三是务工型农户家庭收入最高,而务农型农户家庭收入最低,且老龄化严重,但政策性收入对家庭总收入影响最大。因此,借助乡村振兴战略发展机遇,积极推进乡村转型,提高农民认知水平,为农民提供多元创收平台,对拓宽农户生计选择范围有着十分重要意义。Based on the field visit data of 1,043 registered file households in G township in the minority areas of Gansu province,we used multi-valued processing models and Tobit models to analyze the factors that affect farmers′livelihood choices and household income in the registered file households in G township.The research shows that operation of farming,operation of aquaculture,planting scale per capita,and the various types of household income have significant impacts on farmers′livelihood choices.The households′livelihood choices show positive significance for various types of household income,and the significances of household farming income,per capita income,and labor income are 199.1%,17.4%,and 440%,respectively.The household income of the farmers engaged in industrial or engineering work is the highest,while the household′s income of the farmers engaged in agriculture is the lowest,and in these families the ageing is serious.The policy income has the largest impact on the total household income.Therefore,leveraging the strategic development opportunities of rural revitalization,it is should to promote rural transformation,improve farmers′cognitive level,and provide farmers with multiple income-generating platforms.There are of great significance to broadening the range of farmers′livelihood options.
