农户参与土地股份合作社收入效应的实证检验——基于辽宁省朝阳市的调查

摘　　要：土地股份合作社对推进我国适度规模经营和农业现代化起着至关重要的作用。基于此,文中以辽宁省朝阳市402份农户的微观调研数据为依据,采用普通最小二乘法和倾向得分匹配法对农户参与土地股份合作社的增收效应进行实证检验。结果表明:参与土地股份合作社能够显著提高农户收入水平;在克服了样本自选择问题后,土地入股依旧能为农户带来38.8%-40.6%的收入回报。进一步分组讨论发现,参与土地股份合作社对低学历、青年农户收入的提升作用更为明显。因此,提出加强土地股份合作社经营管理、规范利益分配机制、提升就业能力、完善农村社会保障等政策建议。The land joint-stock cooperative plays an important role in promoting the moderate scale management and agricultural modernization in China.Based on the micro survey data of 402 farmers in Chaoyang City,Liaoning Province,We used the ordinary least squares and propensity score matching method to empirically test the income-increasing effect of farmers’participation in land joint-stock cooperatives.The results show that participating in land joint-stock cooperatives can significantly improve the income level of farmers.After overcoming the problem of sample self-selection,it can still bring 38.8-40.6%income return to farmers.Further group discussion found,to participate in the land stock cooperative plays a more significant role in promoting the income of low education and young farmers.Therefore,we put forward some policy suggestions,such as paying attention to employment and expanding the coverage of social security.
