摘  要:结合粉末冶金机械零件设计开发的相关实践,本文提出了面成形技术的概念及其技术特征。面成形技术遵循模压成形技术的一般限制,由点、线、面等几何元素以及文字、图案、纹理、表面粗糙度等非几何元素组合应用于粉末冶金机械零件的表面及形成这些特征的模具表面,以满足零件在结构与功能、工艺开发及过程管理上的要求。本文通过一系列的典型应用示例展示了面成形技术的应用场景和应用技巧,为面成形技术在粉末冶金机械零件设计开发中的应用提供指南。Surface Forming Technology(SFT)and its technical characteristics are introduced in this paper,based on the practices of PM machine part development. SFT follows the general limits of press molding technology.SFT is a kind of combined application with both geometric and nongeometric elements to define the surface and/or define the tooling surface which formed PM machine part directly. The geometric elements include dot,line,face,and so on. The nongeometric elements mean word,pattern,texture,roughness,etc. The purpose of the applications above is to meet the requirements of the product structure and function design,process development and/or process management. In this paper,a series of typical application examples are presented to demonstrate the application scenarios and application techniques of SFT,and to provide guidelines for SFT applied in PM machine part development.
