摘 要:本科教育在高等教育改革与发展中具有战略地位。大学教学治理作为大学内部治理结构建设的一部分,在现代大学建设与本科教育质量保障中发挥着重要作用。高水平的教育教学管理是一流本科教育的重要支撑。大学教务处作为本科教育的主管机构,教务处长的领导模式直接影响教务管理水平和教育教学质量。通过对大学教务处长的能力、角色与领导模式进行调查和统计,发现当前我国大学尤其是"双一流"建设高校教务处长采用变革型领导模式,对学校教育教学的正向推动作用最大,其次是主动纠偏,而被动纠偏的效果很微弱。大学教学治理中教务处长应主动作为,从德行、战略、业务能力、团队管理、情商等方面提升自己,做大学教学治理的引导者、协调者。学校层面应鼓励创新与求变,建立容错纠错机制,创新评价内容与方式,赋予大学教务处长更多求新求变自主权。Undergraduate education has the strategic position in the reform and development of higher education.As an important part of university inner governance construction,university teaching governance plays an important role in the construction of modern university and the quality assurance of undergraduate education.High-level education and teaching management is an important support for first-class undergraduate education.The academic affairs office of the university is the competent authority of undergraduate education,the leadership style of the academic affairs director directly affects the level of academic affairs management and educational quality.Through a questionnaire study on the leadership model of the university directors of academic affairs,it is concluded that the transformational leadership mode adopted by the academic affair directors of universities in our universities,especially those of“double first-class”,has the greatest positive effect on the education and teaching,followed by active correction,while the effect of passive correction is very weak.In university teaching governance,the academic affairs directors of universities should act positively,take the initiative to improve themselves in virtue,strategy,professional ability,team management,emotional intelligence,etc.and be the guides and coordinators of university teaching governance.It is suggested that university authority encourage innovation and change,establish fault-tolerant and error correction mechanisms,innovate evaluation contents and methods,and grant more autonomy to the academic affairs directors.
