摘  要:以静乐云中山地区、五台驼梁地区和方山庞泉沟地区的3种基因型野生党参为试验材料,将其花粉发育至单核靠边期的花药,接种在6种不同配方的培养基上诱导愈伤组织,并比较其诱导效果。结果表明,不同配方对党参花药培养愈伤组织诱导均有效果,其中,MS+0.8 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L 2,4-D培养基对静乐云中山地区、五台驼梁地区和方山庞泉沟地区3种基因型野生党参花药培养愈伤诱导率最高,分别为28.176%、21.720%和16.201%。不同基因型不同配方对党参花药培养愈伤组织诱导效果不同。Using three wild genotypes of Codonopsis pilosula in Jingle Yunzhongshan area,Wutai Tuoliang area and Fangsan Pangquangou area as test materials,the anther was developed to the stage of monocyte and the callus was induced on 6 different media,and the induction effect was compared.The results showed that different formulas had an effect on the callus induction of anther culture of Codonopsis pilosula,among them,MS+0.8 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L 2,4-D medium had the highest callus induction rate for the three genotypes of Codonopsis pilosula in Jingle Yunzhonghan area,Wutai Tuoliang area and Fangshan Pangquangou area,which were 28.176%,21.720%and 16.201%,respectively.It can be seen that different genotypes and different formulas have different induction effects on callus culture of anther culture of Codonopsis pilosula.
