摘　　要：车间级MIS系统在工业企业生产管理中的应用进行了研究。首先对MIS系统在相关企业生产管理过程中的应用现状和重要性等进行了概述;其次对造纸企业应用MIS系统的使用率、经济效益、能耗、管理效能等进行了详细阐述;最后结合实际案例,对造纸企业运用MIS系统后的成效进行了具体阐述,对造纸企业生产MIS技术的应用策略和实现途径等进行了总结,认为可以从"探寻管理漏洞""实现流程化、科学化管理""搜集市场信息""集成化生产控制"等角度进行实际操作和优化。The application of workshop level MIS in the production management of paper industry was studied.Firstly,application status and importance of MIS in the production management process of related enterprises were summarized;Secondly,the utilization rate,economic benefit,energy consumption and management efficiency of MIS application in pulping and papermaking enterprises or paper product processing enterprises were elaborated;Finally,combined with practical cases,the effect of MIS application in pulping and papermaking enterprises or paper product processing enterprises were discussed.The application strategy and realization way of MIS technology in pulp and paper or paper products enterprises were summarized through case study.The practical operation and optimization can be carried out from the perspectives of"exploring management loopholes","realizing process and scientific management","collecting market information"and"integrated production control".
