超声爬波在异形薄壁管材超声检测中的应用

摘  要:圆形管材的常规超声检测技术难以对异形薄壁管材进行检测,针对此问题,采用超声爬波技术实现了六边形异型管材的超声检测。根据管材的结构特性设计了探头的布置方式,利用六边形异型管材的人工缺陷试块进行试验。结果表明,该方法能够检测出人工缺陷试块上的所有缺陷,是一种有效的六边形异型管材的超声检测方法。In order to solve the problem that the ultrasonic inspection of special-shaped thin-wall pipe is not easy to use the conventional circular pipe inspection technology,the ultrasonic creeping wave technology is used to realize the ultrasonic inspection of hexagonal pipe in this paper.A layout of probe is designed according to the pipe structure characteristics.By using the hexagon shaped pipe block with artificial defects,the ultrasonic creeping wave beam is verified to cover full volume of hexagonal special-shaped pipe.This method can detect all the defects in the artificial test block,which is an effective method for the ultrasonic examination of hexagonal pipe.
