摘 要:分析了CFB燃烧的流态特点,探索了流态对气固反应包括脱硫反应和NOx生成、还原反应的作用机制,建议通过流态重构调控反应实现超低排放的CFB燃烧,并确认了技术可行性,进而在工业实践中进行设计应用。该技术突破了传统CFB燃烧的流态设计范围,以改变流态来改变CFB中的燃烧及污染物生成降解化学反应行为,达到减低气体污染的本质变化,通过高性能分离器、返料阀等部件和全新的燃烧设备放大设计方法,为工业锅炉的超低排放提供了经济可行的技术方向。The solid-gas two-phase flow pattern was analyzed,leading to the effect mechanism discovery of solid-gas two-phase flow patternon sulphur capture by limestone and NO x formation and reduction.The technology was validated by the experimental study in the pilot CFB rig and confirmed by systematical CFB boilers before it was applied in the CFB boiler design.It was to reduce the gaseous pollutant generation by an optimized solid-gas two-phase flow pattern,which is a fundamental change comparted with the traditional CFB boiler.Furthermore,the excellent performance cyclone and loop seal were created and a new scaling-up design code for combustion equipment was suggested,resulting in the engineering realization,and the new intrinsic ultra-low emission CFB boiler facing next generation was developed,which broke through the bottleneck of low cost pollution control of CFB for ultra-low emission.The successes of the application in the hot water indicates an available economic direction for industrial boiler.
