摘  要:光、机、热稳定性直接影响高分辨率、大比例尺测绘相机内外方位元素的稳定性,进而影响卫星地面定位精度和高程精度。文章介绍了高分七号1∶1万立体测绘卫星的主要载荷——双线阵立体测绘相机,为实现高稳定性在光学、结构、热控等方面采用的设计手段,通过真实温度场的光、机、热联合仿真分析方法,结合在轨测试结果,证明该相机设计能够满足1∶1万比例尺高分辨率测绘所需的内、外方位元素稳定性要求。The optical,mechanical,and thermal stability directly affect the stability of the interior and outerior orientation elements of the high-resolution large-scale mapping camera,which in turn affects satellite ground positioning accuracy and elevation accuracy.This paper introduces the design method of the two-line array camera,which is the main payload of the GF-7 satellite,for achieving high stability in optical,structure,thermal control,etc.,and proposes a method based on optical,structure,and thermal joint simulation analysis of the on-orbit true temperature field.The changes of the interior and outerior orientation elements on orbit of the camera during the whole life circle are analyzed.The result shows that the camera can meet the stability requirements of the interior and outerior orientation elements required for high-resolution mapping.
