摘　　要：基于高分辨率对地观测卫星高数据带宽及海量存储的需求,介绍了一种高性能固态存储技术。以多路高速串行数据总线作为对外接口,以非易失性存储器阵列作为数据存储介质,实现了高速海量载荷数据的传输、存储和文件管理。经高分七号卫星验证,结果表明:采用该技术的存储系统具有传输速率高、存储容量大及数据多维检索等能力,可为今后卫星载荷数据存储提供新的设计思路和方法。Based on the requirements of high data bandwidth and massive storage of high resolution earth observation satellite,a high performance solid state storage technology is introduced in this paper.The technology uses multi-channel high-speed serial data bus as external interface and non-volatile memory array as data storage medium to realize the transmission,storage and file management of high-speed massive load data.Verified by GF-7 satellite,the results show that the storage system using this technology has the ability of high transmission rate,massive storage capacity,and multi-dimensional retrieval of data.It can provide new design ideas and methods for satellite load data storage in the future.
