摘  要:桥古集中处理站天然气处理采用“辅助制冷+超音速涡旋管分离”工艺,该处理站为试采期简易建设,存在天然气处理能力不足、外输气质量不达标、凝析油蒸发损失大等问题。针对该处理站存在问题,结合本区块气藏特点、产能规模,合理制定产品方案,提出工艺调整改造方案。改造后,天然气经过干法脱硫、脱水、脱烃处理,达到国标二级管输气质量指标和CNG含H2S指标,部分达标气(13×10^4m^3/d)进入现有外输系统,部分气(7×10^4m^3/d)就地生产CNG;凝析油经稳定处理后,减少了蒸发损失。桥古集中处理站的改造可为相似系统的改造提供借鉴。The natural gas treatment process of Qiaogu Central Process Station applies"auxiliary refrigeration+supersonic vortex tube separation"process.The central process station is constructed in production test period,exiting problems such as insufficient natural gas treatment capacity,poor exported gas quality,and high evaporation loss of condensate oil.To those problems,considering the reservoir characteristics and production scales of the area,a reasonable production and process reformation scheme is put forward.After the modification,the natural gas is treated with dry desulfurization,dehydration and dehydrocarbon removal to reach the national standard gas quality index of secondary pipeline and CNG containing H2S.Part of the standard gas(13×10^4 m^3/d)enters the existing external transport system,and part of the gas(7×10^4 m^3/d)produces CNG on-site.After condensate oil stabilization,the evaporation loss is reduced.The reconstruction of Qiaogu Central Process Station can provide a reference for the reconstruction of similar systems.
