摘　　要：针对抗盐聚合物驱采出水对已建聚合物驱采出水处理站处理工艺的影响,以及常规聚合物驱采出水处理工艺及设备能否满足抗盐聚合物驱采出水处理要求等生产实际问题,进行了采出水现场掺混试验研究。将抗盐聚合物驱采出水掺入“一次自然沉降→二次混凝沉降→一次石英砂过滤→净化水”的现有聚合物驱采出水处理工艺中进行处理,当聚合物质量浓度在380 mg/L左右,掺混比例占总处理量的20%左右时,其最终处理后的水质能够达到聚驱采出污水高渗透率油层回注水水质控制指标的要求;当聚合物质量浓度在480 mg/L左右时,应当控制抗盐聚合物驱采出污水的掺混比例界限小于50%,同时调整相应处理设备的运行参数,可确保处理后的水质能够达到聚合物驱采出污水高渗透率油层回注水水质控制指标的要求,从而指导生产站的运行。In view of the influence of the produced water from salt-resistant polymer flooding on the treatment process of the established polymer flooding treatment station,and whether the conventional treatment process and equipment of the produced water from polymer flooding can meet the treatment requirements of the produced water from salt-resistant polymer flooding,on-site mixing tests of the produced water are carried out.The salt-resistant polymer flooding produced water is mixed into the existing polymer flooding produced water treatment process of"primary natural settlement→secondary coagulation settlement→primary quartz sand filtration→purified water"and is treated.When the mass concentration of polymer is about 380 mg/L,the mixing proportion accounts for about 20%of the total treatment capacity,the final treated water quality can meet the requirements of reinjection water quality control index of polymer flooding produced water with high permeability reservoir.When the polymer mass concentration is about 480 mg/L,the mixing proportion limit of salt-resistant polymer flooding produced water should be controlled to be less than 50%,and the operation parameters of the corresponding treatment equipment are adjusted to ensure that the treated water quality can meet the requirements of reinjection water quality control index of high permeability reservoir of produced water from polymer flooding,thus guiding the operation of the production station.
