摘 要:渤海某油田实施聚合物驱后面临生产污水处理难度大的问题,生产污水系统过滤器滤料颗粒易受含聚产出液影响出现颗粒黏度升高,附着力增强,滤料再生率下降,甚至板结成块,原气水反冲洗工艺已无法满足生产水的处理指标控制要求。通过试验研究提出优选滤料粒径,变更气水反冲洗气源,提升气冲洗强度等工艺优化措施,有效地解决了滤料污染后再生困难的技术难题,通过优化反冲洗工艺参数,使滤后水含油、悬浮物固体含量得到控制,其中悬浮物固体质量浓度下降约6 mg/L,适应油田开发后期水质发生变化的特点。After implementing polymer flooding in an oilfield in Bohai Sea,it is difficult to treat the production sewage,and the filter particles in the production sewage system are easily affected by the poly-containing produced liquid,resulting in the increase of particle viscosity and adhesion,the decrease of filter material regeneration rate,and even the formation of solid block.The original gas-water backwashing process has been unable to meet the requirements of produced liquid treatment.Through experimental research,process optimization measures such as selecting the particle size of filter material,changing the gas source of gas-water backwashing and improving the strength of gas washing are proposed,and the technical problems of filter material pollution regeneration in the actual production of oilfield is effectively solved.By optimizing the backwashing process parameters,the water after filtration contains oil and the solid content of suspended solids is controlled,among which the solid mass concentration of suspended solids decreases by about 6 mg/L,which is suitable for the characteristics of water quality changes in the later stage of oilfield development.
