摘  要:相国寺储气库采气管道属于湿天然气输送管道,无法直接获得采气管道入口天然气的含水量,难以预测管道内的积液规律并制定合理的清管周期。为此,结合管道实际运行压力、输量、清管液量等参数,基于气液两相流动仿真方法,确定了管道内天然气含水量及清管周期的计算方法。以相国寺储气库南段采气管道B段为例,进行了实例分析。结果表明:①计算的管道终点压力、终点温度、清管液量与实际值之间相对偏差范围为0.91%~4.1%;②提出的模型和方法可用于分析管道输量、积液量与管输效率之间的关系;③以管输效率不小于95%为原则,同时考虑积液恢复时间、收球站清管水量接收能力,确定了南段采气管道B段在不同输量下的清管周期。Gas-gathering pipelines at Xianguosi underground gas storage(UGS)belong to wet gas ones.Water content in natural gas at pipeline inlet cannot be directly obtained,resulting in difficulties in predicting rules of liquid accumulation within pipelines and determining a reasonable pigging period.So,a method for calculating the water content and the reasonable pigging period was developed based on another method of gas-liquid dual-phase flow simulation,combined with actual pipeline parameters,e.g.operation pressure,transportation capacity,and pigging liquid volume.Then,a case study was carried out on the section B of southern gas-gathering pipelines,Xiangguosi UGS.Results show that(1)the relative deviations between the calculated pipeline terminal pressure and temperature,and pigging liquid volume,and the actual values are only in the range of 0.94%-4.1%;(2)the proposed model and method can be used to analyze a correlation among pipeline transportation capacity,liquid accumulation volume,and pipeline transportation efficiency;and(3)the pigging period of section B at different transportation capacities is determined according to one principle that transportation efficiency shall be higher than 95%while taking the recovery time of liquid accumulation and the pigging water-receiving capacity of end station into consideration.
