摘　　要：海洋命运共同体理念与粤港澳大湾区海洋协同发展共同蕴含着"各美其美,美人之美,美美与共,天下大同"的理念。文章在探讨海洋命运共同体理念与粤港澳大湾区海洋协同发展的内在联系的基础上,结合粤港澳大湾区协同发展的现状和特点,提出基于海洋命运共同体理念的粤港澳大湾区海洋协同发展的7项策略,包括:建立海洋合作协调机制;加强涉海产业合作统筹谋划;以绿色发展理念优化海洋发展环境;以人才为牵引开展多层次合作交流;建立多方联动的应急保障服务平台;讲好粤港澳大湾区海洋协同发展故事;强化跟踪分析和督促检查。"The Concept of a Maritime Community with a Shared Future"and"the Coordinated Development of Marine in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area"contain the common concept of"Achieving one′s own goal yields gratification,lending a hand to consummate others′goal doubles satisfaction,goals of self and others can be unified,thus the world can be harmonized".Based on the discussion of the internal relationship between the concept of"the Concept of a Maritime Community with a Shared Future"and"the Coordinated Development of Marine in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area",combined with the current situation and characteristics of the coordinated development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this paper put forward 7 strategies for the coordinated development of marine in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,based on the concept of a maritime community with a shared future,include:Establish the coordination mechanism of marine cooperation;Strengthen the overall planning of marine industry cooperation;Optimize the marine development environment with the concept of green development;Carry out multi-level cooperation and exchange with talents as the traction;Establish a multi-party linkage emergency support service platform;Tell a good story of the coordinated development of marine in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area;Strengthen tracking analysis and supervision and inspection.
