摘 要:目的优化杠板归总黄酮的微波提取工艺。方法以杠板归总黄酮提取率为指标,采用响应面法优化微波提取工艺条件,考察提取时间、提取温度、乙醇体积分数和液料比4个因素对杠板归总黄酮得率的影响。结果杠板归总黄酮最佳微波提取工艺为提取温度60℃,提取时间20 min,乙醇体积分数60%,液料比50∶1,此条件下其得率为5. 69%。结论该方法简便、预测性良好。利用响应面分析法优化杠板归总黄酮的提取工艺参数真实、可靠,具有实用价值。Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Polygonum perfoliatum.Methods The extraction rate of total flavonoids from Polygonum perfoliatum was used as an indicator,the effect of extracting temperature,ethanol concentration,liquid/solid ratio and extracting time on the total flavonoids extracted from Polygonum perfoliatum was investigated by response surface methodology.Results The optimum extraction conditions for total flavonoids from Polygonum perfoliatum was extraction temperature 60℃,20 min,ethanol concentration 60%and liquid/solid ratio of 50∶1,under which the extraction yield of total flavonoids was 5.69%.Conclusion This method is convenient and highly predictive.The application of response surface methodology to optimize the extraction process parameters of the total flavonoids from Polygonum perfoliatum is true and reliable,and has practical value.
