摘 要:目的建立五灵脂药材的质量控制方法,比较不同产地12批五灵脂药材的质量。方法按2015年版《中国药典(四部)》通则方法测定五灵脂药材中水分及浸出物含量,采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别五灵脂中的穗花杉双黄酮,采用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地五灵脂药材中穗花杉双黄酮的含量。结果市售不同产地12批五灵脂药材水分含量为5. 11%~10. 83%;醇溶性浸出物含量为8. 13%~11. 20%;五灵脂中穗花杉双黄酮的薄层色谱图斑点清晰、分离较好、方法简便;穗花杉双黄酮含量为0. 035%~0. 050%。结论该方法操作简便高效,快速稳定,可用于五灵脂药材的质量控制。测定穗花杉双黄酮的含量有利于五灵脂药材的质量控制,可为其进一步的开发利用提供理论依据。Objective To establish the quality control method of Faeces trogopterori medicinal materials and compare the quality of 12 batches of Faeces trogopterori from different areas.Methods The content of moisture and extract in Faeces trogopterori was determined according to the method of the general rules of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015);the amentoflavone in Faeces trogopterori was identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC);the content of amentoflavone in Faeces trogopterori from different areas was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results The moisture content of 12 batches of Faeces trogopterori in different areas ranged from 5.11%to 10.83%;the content of ethanol-soluble extractives ranged from 8.13%to 11.20%;the TLC results of amentoflavone in Faeces trogopterori from different areas were clear,the separation was better,and the method was simple;the content of amentoflavone in Faeces trogopterori from different areas ranged from 0.035%to 0.050%.Conclusion The method is simple,efficient,fast and stable,and can be used for quality control of Faeces trogopterori.Determining the content of flavonoids is conducive to the quality control of Faeces trogopterori medicinal materials and can provide a theoretical basis for its further development and utilization.
