摘  要:为了改善大跨度钢-混凝土组合梁桥动静力性能,提出采用超高性能混凝土(ultra-high performance concrete,UHPC)华夫桥面板替换普通混凝土桥面板的设计方法。首先推导出考虑UHPC抗拉强度的双筋截面矮肋宽翼缘T梁极限抗弯承载力计算公式,并提出桥梁结构整体建模时以等效材料异性板模拟华夫板的简化方法,最后,以某中承式系杆拱桥为例,设计UHPC华夫桥面板,并对比桥面板分别采用混凝土平板或华夫板时的桥梁结构动、静力性能差异。研究结果表明:双筋截面矮肋宽翼缘T梁抗弯极限承载力计算公式所得结果与试验值的比值平均值为1.04,变异系数为0.09,说明本文公式适用于抗弯极限承载力计算;等效材料异性板与UHPC华夫桥面板竖向位移的比值平均值为1.01,变异系数为0.039,可见等效材料异性板能较好地反映华夫板刚度;与混凝土平板相比,UHPC华夫桥面板可使桥面板质量减轻40%,有效减小成桥恒载下20%的吊杆索力,拱肋和钢梁关键截面最大应力减小13%~16%,并使结构自振频率增大9%~10%,桥梁结构安全性得到提高。In order to improve the static and dynamic performance of long-span steel−concrete composite bridges,the design method of replacing concrete deck slab with ultra-high performance concrete waffle deck panel was put forward.Firstly,the formula to estimate the ultimate flexural capacity of a double reinforced T beam with a wide flange and low rib was proposed,which took into account the tensile strength of UHPC.Then,a simplifying method was presented to simulate a waffle deck panel with an equivalent anisotropic plate during the overall bridge modeling.Finally,a typical half-through tied arch bridge with designed UHPC waffle deck panel was taken as an example and its static and dynamic performance with UHPC waffle deck panel was compared to that with flat concrete slab.The results show that the average ratio of the calculation results of ultimate flexural capacity by the formulas to those of tests is 1.04 and the variation coefficient is 0.09,which proves that the formulas can be used to estimate the ultimate flexural capacity.The average ratio of vertical displacement from the equivalent anisotropic plate to UHPC waffle deck is 1.01,and the variation coefficient is 0.039.The equivalent anisotropic plate can well reflect the stiffness of a waffle deck panel.Compared with a flat concrete slab,the waffle deck panel reduces the deck mass by 40%,effectively reduces the suspender tension under dead load of completed bridge by 20%,the maximum stresses of key sections of the arches and steel beams decrease by 13%to 16%and the natural frequency of the structure is increased by 9%to 10%.The safely of bridge structure is improved.
