摘　　要：城市社区体育是体育强国战略的重要组成部分,也是我国群众体育发展的重要基础,在开放的市场经济条件之下,城市社区体育发展包含着诸多张力和矛盾,具有张力整合的特征。本研究通过对现阶段城市社区体育的分化性发展与张力整合进行研究,认为:伴随着城市居民的居住分异,社区体育参与群体、社区体育组织、社区体育空间、人际交往与体育规范制度呈现分化发展的态势,同时社区体育公共服务的供给与需求关系分化的矛盾进一步加剧;利益分化促使基层体育治理的利益关系调整、体育空间秩序重构,社会分化导致社区体育参与呈现阶层、经济地位、组织系统以及社会话语等多元分化趋向,社区分化进一步加剧了体育公共服务产品供需关系的失衡是导致我国城市社区体育分化性发展的动因。研究进一步认为要使社区分化与整合相适应,不断创新社区体育公共服务的供给模式,优化社区体育参与和消费结构是实现社区体育分化张力整合的基础;增强社会体育组织的嵌入性,充分汇集和利用社区、社区草根体育组织以及社会体育指导员"三社"协同的运行机制,进行张力疏导和体育文化的显性表达是社区体育分化张力整合的关键;通过制度建设,确认社区群体构成的异质性特征,针对不同群体特质需求合理有效进行政策供给是实现社区体育分化张力整合的根本。Urban community sports is an important part of sports power strategy,and also an important foundation for the development of mass sports in china.Under the condition of open market economy,the development of urban community sports contains many tensions and contradictions,with the characteristics of tension integration.Based on the research on the differentiation development and tension integration of urban community sports at the present stage,this paper holds that:with the differentiation of urban residents’living,the community sports participation groups,community sports organizations,community sports space,interpersonal communication and sports standard system present the trend of differentiated development,at the same time,the contradiction between the supply and demand of community sports public service is further intensified;The interest differentiation promotes the adjustment of interest relations in the grass-roots sports governance and the reconstruction of Sports Space Order,The social differentiation leads to the diversified trend of community sports participation,such as stratum,economic status,organizational system and social discourse,etc.The community differentiation further intensifies the imbalance between the supply and demand of sports public service products,which is the motivation of the differentiated development of urban community sports in China.In order to adapt the community differentiation and integration,it is further considered that the supply mode of community sports public service should be innovated continuously,the participation and consumption structure of community sports should be optimized,which is the basis of the integration of community sports differentiation and tension;We should enhance the embeddedness of social sports organizations,fully integrate and utilize the cooperative operating mechanism of community,community grass-roots sports organizations and social director of sports,and the key to the integration of community sports differentiation and tension lies in th
