基于中药四性理论探析抗恶性肿瘤药物的精准运用

摘　　要：中药药性理论是中医学的重要组成部分,也是其最重要的学术特征,四性为其核心内容,是指中药具有寒、热、温、凉四种不同的药性。"四性"自古就用于指导临床用药,依据辨证论治,病证结合理论针对性地选方用药。如今西医占据医疗实践活动的主导地位,其治疗方式多以"对症治疗"为主,尤其是抗肿瘤药物的选择大多根据以往用药经验,具有极大的盲目性。那么借助四性理论对抗肿瘤药物进行寒热划分,运用中医理念,实现"西为中用",可以充分发挥精准治疗优势。本文通过分析"四性"的起源、发展,认识古人"四性"的判定思维,探析四性理论指导抗肿瘤药物中的精准运用。The theory of Chinese medicinal properties is an important part in TCM.Four natures refer to cold,heat,warm and cool four different features of Chinese medicinal.It has been used to guide clinical medication since ancient times.According to treatment based on syndrome differentiation,the combination of disease and syndrome is applied to select prescriptions.Nowadays,western medicine occupies the leading position in medical practice,and its treatment methods are mostly"symptomatic treatment".Especially,the choice of anti-tumor drugs is based on previous experience in medication at random.Then using the four nature theory to classify cold feature and heat feature of anti-tumor drugs and apply them with TCM concept to achieve the precision treatment is of most significance.This study analyzed the origin and development of four natures,recognized the ancient people’s judgment and thinking in terms of four natures,and explored the four natures theory in guiding the precise application of anti-tumor drugs.
