摘 要:目的:优化巴戟天醇提物的提取工艺,并评价其体外抗氧化活性。方法:对巴戟天醇提物的提取进行单因素实验分析,然后通过清除ABTS、清除DPPH、清除超氧阴离子、还原力和总抗氧化五种方法评价巴戟天体外抗氧化活性。结果:最佳提取条件为乙醇提取浓度75%,提取温度100℃,提取时间2 h;巴戟天75%醇提物对ABTS自由基、DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基均有一定的清除能力,对DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的最大清除率分别为48. 016%和28. 782%,还原力测试与总抗氧化能力实验数值均与浓度呈现量效关系。结论:巴戟天具有一定的体外抗氧化活性。Objective Optimize the extraction process of alcohol extraction from Morinda officinalis and evaluate its antioxidant activity in vitro.Methods The alcohol extraction of Morinda officinalis was analyzed by single factor experiment,and then the antioxidant activity of Morinda officinalis was evaluated by five methods which were scavenging ABTS,removing DPPH,removing superoxide anion,reducing force and total antioxidant capacity.Results The optimum extraction conditions were ethanol extraction concentration 75%,extraction temperature 100℃,extraction time 2 h,The part of 75%alcohol extraction had some scavenging ability for ABTS radical,DPPH radical and superoxide anion radical,and the maximum scavenging rate for DPPH radical and superoxide anion radical was 48.016%and 28.782%,respectively.The experimental values of reducing force test and total antioxidant capacity showed a quantitative effect relationship with the concentration.Conclusior Morinda officinalis has antioxidant activity in vitro.
