摘 要:目的:调查无锡地区皮肤病患儿血清食物特异性IgG阳性率及其流行特征。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年5月无锡市儿童医院皮肤科就诊患儿食物特异性IgG检测结果。结果:共纳入891例患者,其中湿疹364例,荨麻疹161例,特应性皮炎167例和过敏性紫癜199例;血清食物特异性IgG检测阳性率为72.8%,其中以特应性皮炎最高为80.2%,其他依次为荨麻疹(76.4%)、湿疹(72.3%)和过敏性紫癜(64.8%);食物特异性IgG阳性以鸡蛋(55.0%)、牛奶(34.1%)和小麦(7.7%)最多见,其他依次为大米(1.9%)和大豆(1.5%),余下9种食物均未发现阳性者。结论:在皮肤科就诊患儿中,血清食物特异性IgG阳性率高,建议对皮肤疾病患者进行食物特异性IgG检测,查找引起血清IgG升高的食物,对临床治疗具有积极的作用。Objective:To investigate the situations of sera food specific IgG in children with dermatosis in Wuxi.Methods:The detection results of sera food specific IgG in children dermatology were retrospectively analyzed from January 2017 to May 2018.Results:A total of 891 children were involved in this study,including of 364 cases with eczema,161 cases with urticaria,167 cases with atopic dermatitis and 199 cases with allergic purpura.The total positive rate of sera specific IgG was 72.8%,and the positive rates were 80.2%in atopic dermatitis,76.4%in urticaria,72.3%in eczema,and 64.8%in allergic purpura,which were 55.0%in egg,34.1%in milk,7.7%in wheat,1.9%in rice and 1.5%in soybean.There was no positive case for the other nine kinds of food.Conclusion:Among the children with dermatosis,the positive rate of food specific IgG was high.It is suggested that the detection of food specific IgG should be conducted in children with dermatosis,which will be helpful in finding the food related to the increasing IgG and have active effects for clinical treatment.
