摘　　要：精准医学以精准的检测和诊断为基础,免疫组化是其重要检测技术之一,提高免疫组化检测精准度是病理技术工作的重点和难点,对提高病理诊断的准确性和辅助精准治疗至关重要。Accurate detection and diagnosis are basic requirements of precision medicine.Immunohistochemistry is one of important detection technologies in age of precision medicine,and improvement of the immunohistochemistry accuracy is always emphases and difficulties of pathological technology,and it is of great importance to accuracy improvement of pathological diagnosis and assistance of precise treatment.
