西藏日喀则市高原特色农畜产品加工业的发展现状

摘　　要：笔者通过对西藏日喀则市运营较好、带动能力较强的农畜产品加工企业进行调研,较为全面地分析了该市农畜产品加工业存在的着问题及技术瓶颈,并提出了促进该地区高原特色农畜产品加工业的建议与对策。Based on the investigation on the processing enterprises of agricultural and livestock products with better operation and stronger driving ability in Xigaze area,the problems and technical bottlenecks in the processing industry of agricultural and livestock products in this area suggestions and countermeasures were put fonward to promote the processing industry of agricultural and livestock products with plateau characteristics in this area.
