摘  要:【目的】为了能更好地优化益母生化合剂检验方法。【方法】采用薄层鉴别法,将益化合剂鉴别甘草项下样品的前处理进行了优化。【结果】益母生化合剂鉴别甘草项下样品的前处理用水饱和正丁醇替代三氯甲烷,优化后的前处理方法适应性良好。【结论】本方法,专属性强,重现性好,可作为益母生化合剂甘草鉴别项下样品的前处理方法,对其进行质量控制。[Objects]This paper aims to better optimize the section methods of leonurus biochemical minture.[Methods]The TLC identification method was adopted to the sample pretreatment of licorice.[Results]Instead of chloroform,the water-saturated-butanol could be used for pretreatment.After optimization,the pretreatment method had better adaptability.[Conclusion]With advantages of strong specificity and reproducibility,this method can be used for sample treatment of licorice and quality control.
