摘　　要：目的结合军队医院信息化建设现状,探讨在医院信息化快速发展的背景下病案数字化如何更好地被开发利用。方法针对纸质病案数字化前后病案管理的特点及效果,进行全面对比、分析和论证。结果实施病案数字化后,从根本上解决病案存储、利用和资源共享等多方面的难题,使病案服务的质量和效率显著提高,其先进性明显优于传统的病案管理,符合军队医院信息化快速发展的要求。结论加强病案数字化建设,可提高病案服务质量和有效利用,提升军队医院整体信息化水平,有利于病案管理工作的持续发展。Objective To explore better way of medical record digitization under the background of the rapid development of hospital informatization based on the current situation of informatization in military hospitals.Methods The characteristics and effects of hospital medical record management before and after digitization of paper medical record were comprehensively compared,analyzed and demonstrated.Results All problems of medical record such as storage,utilize and resource sharing had been resolved,the quality and efficiency of medical record service had been significantly improved.The digitalization of medical record was superior to the traditional management of medical record and conformed to the request of rapid development of military hospital informatization.Conclusion Strengthen the digitalization construction of medical record can improve the service quality and use efficiency of medical record,improve the overall level of military hospital informatization and also can benefit for the continuous development of the medical record management in military hospitals.
