摘　　要：医学模式的转变为医务社会工作专业化进程提供契机。文章从"全人照顾模式"的视角出发,发现患者及其家属的就医需求、医疗机构的服务形式和社会健康理念均发生转变和升级。分析医务社会工作在医疗场域的功能:为患者及其家属提供全人和全生命周期服务、提升医疗机构服务质量和品牌价值、促进健康认知与理念的形成。最后尝试厘清医务社会工作者在医生主导的跨学科团队中的枢纽协调作用和服务内容,并提出专业化发展的建议。The transformation of medical model provides an opportunity for the professionalization of medical social work.Starting from the perspective of“holistic care model”,authors find that the medical needs of patients and their families,the service form of the medical institutions and the concept of social health have changed and upgraded.This paper analyses the functions of medical social work in the medical field:providing humanism service for the patients and their families;improving service quality and brand value of medical institutions;reflecting the welfare of medical and health care;promoting medical and health service mode.Finally,this paper tries to clarify the pivotal coordinating role and service content of medical social work in a doctor-led interdisciplinary team,and puts forward some proposals for the professional development of social work.
