摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后教育中必要的一环,海军基层军医住院医师规范化培训的启动,对于提高基层卫生人员岗位胜任力和提升基层部队卫勤保障能力等方面有重要作用。基层部队军医要具备独立的诊疗能力、特种医学能力和卫勤保障能力等。结合基层部队军医能力需求情况,在地方住院医师规范化培训方案的基础上,对海军基层部队军医住院医师规范化培训方案的优化,从培训阶段的划分、培训内容的细化、人才任用的调整等方面进行了探讨。The standardized resident training is a necessary part of medical students’ post-graduate education. The start-up of standardized resident training for military doctors at the grass-roots level in the Navy plays an important role in improving the competence of grass-roots health personnel and the ability of medical support in grass-roots units. Military doctors in grass-roots units should have independent diagnostic and therapeutic abilities, special medical abilities and medical support abilities. Based on the requirement of military medical ability in grass-roots units and the standardized training program for local residents, this paper discusses the optimization of the standardized training program for military residents in grass-roots units from the division of training stages, the refinement of training content and the adjustment of personnel appointment.
