荷电态Li1-xCoO2正极材料的晶体结构及热稳定性研究

摘  要:钴酸锂(LiCoO2)是一种重要的锂离子电池正极材料,本文研究了脱出部分Li+离子以后,荷电态Li1-xCoO2正极材料的晶体结构及热稳定性。结果表明,Li1-xCoO2仍然维持六方层状结构,随着脱锂度x的增加,晶胞参数中a值几乎不变,而c值显著增加,晶胞体积也随之增大。热重测试表明,200℃以下,Li1-xCoO2热稳定性良好。在200℃~400温度区间析出氧气,析出氧气质量随着脱锂度x的增加而增加。lithium cobalt dioxide(LiCoO2)is one of the most important cathode materials in lithium-ion battery,and this paper studies the crystal structure and thermal stability of charged Li1-xCoO2 after part of Li ions is extracted from layered cobalt dioxide.It is concluded that charged Li1-xCoO2 still maintain the layered hexagonal structure,and,with the increase of the degree of lithium removal x,the valve of lattice parameter a is almost constant,however,the valve of c is increased significantly,which lead to the increase in lattice volume.The TG tests show that Li1-xCoO2 is stable below 200℃,and oxygen evolution occurs at the temperature range from 200℃to 400℃,at which the quality of O2 decomposed from Li1-xCoO2 associates with the increase of the degree of lithium removal x.
