摘　　要：目前,全国新冠肺炎防治工作形势依然严峻,定点收治医院是防治工作的核心力量,发热门诊更是重中之重。本文根据C0VID-19患者集中收治医院发热门诊管理及应对实践,从区域设置、资源调配、工作流程、院感防控等多方面进行梳理,并结合排查出的风险点,对集中收治医院发热门诊管理及应对措施进行探讨。At present,the situation of the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 in China is still in grave difficulties.The designated hospitals are the core force of prevention and treatment,and fever clinic is the top priority.Based on the practical management and response of fever clinic in a COVID-19 designated hospital,this paper sorted out all the work from the aspects of regional settings,resource allocation,work flow,nosocomial infection prevention and control,etc,and discussed on the management and responsive measures of fever clinic the COVID-19 designated hospital based on the detected risk.
