摘　　要：目的探讨COVID-19疫情期间居家隔离人员就诊流程再造的实施效果。方法 2020年2月杭州师范大学附属医院下派医学专家支援社区卫生服务中心指导COVID-19疫情防控,对COVID-19疫情期间居家隔离人员就诊和急救流程进行再造,从细化和规范流行病学调查、不同层级专家线上诊疗等方面优化原有流程,解决居家隔离人员的就诊和急救需求。比较2020年2月1日到7日(流程再造前)和2020年2月8日到17日(流程再造后)线上就诊的人次和出车的人次。结果流程再造后居家隔离人员线上就诊人次增加、出车人次明显减少。结论流程再造后能有效解决居家隔离人员线上就医问题,既保证患者安全,又减轻医院发热门诊压力,减少交叉感染的机会,节约防护物资的消耗。Objective To explore the implementation effect of reconstructing the consultation process of home quarantine people during the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods In February 2020,medical experts from the Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University supported the community health service center by guiding the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic in the community.The process for home quarantine people to visit the clinic and the process for them to get emergency health service were reconstructed.The original process was optimized from the aspects of detailing and standardizing the epidemiological investigations and online diagnosis and treatment of experts at different levels,so that to solve the needs of home quarantine people for consultation service or emergency health service.The number of online visits and dispatching ambulances was compared before(from February 1 st,2020 to February 7 th,2020)and after(from February 8 th,2020 to February 17 th,2020)the process reconstruction.Results After the process reconstruction,the number of online visits and the number of dispatching ambulances of home quarantine people increased significantly.Conclusion The reconstruction of the process can effectively solve the needs of online medical treatment for home quarantine people,which not only guarantees the patient’s safety,but also reduces the pressure of the hospital’s fever clinic.It reduces the chance of cross infection,and saves the consumption of protective materials.
