摘　　要：贸易结算通信计费系统属于关系民生的计量系统,开展此类系统的项检定检测工作社会意义重大。笔者从目前该项工作的开展现状及相关国家地方法规的制定实施,对作为主要的通信设备程控交换系统的计费原理与计费内容的分析,结合实际检测案例,对贸易结算通信计费系统计时计费计量检测思想方法进行探讨,以期与同行交流。The trade settlement communication billing system belongs to the national compulsory verification instrument system.It is of great social significance to carry out this verification and testing work.Based on the current situation of this work and the formulation and implementation of relevant national laws and regulations,the author makes an analysis of the charging principle and content of the program-controlled exchange system as the main communication equipment,and combines with practical testing cases to discuss the idea and method of measuring and testing the timing and charging of the trade settlement communication billing system,with a view to communicating with colleagues.
