基于起始平衡法气体活塞压力计有效面积的测量及其影响因素探讨

摘　　要：依据JJG 1086-2013《气体活塞式压力计》检定规程,基于起始平衡法对0.01级气体活塞压力计的活塞有效面积测量过程进行了论述,研究各个因素对测量结果的影响,依此进行判断和分析,推导出影响气体活塞压力计活塞有效面积测量结果扩展不确定度的各个分量公式,并以此计算出分量大小,为减小测量结果的扩展不确定度提出建议。According to JJG 1086-2013"Pneumatic Piston Gauge",based on the initial balance method,this paper discusses the measurement process of the effective area of the piston of 0.01 pneumatic piston gauge,studies the influence of various factors on the measurement results,makes judgment and analysis based on this,and deduces the various component formulas affecting the expanded uncertainty of the measurement results of the effective area of the piston of the pneumatic piston gauge based on this,the size of the component is calculated,and suggestions are put forward to reduce the expanded uncertainty of the measurement results.
