摘 要:对桥梁支座用球面不锈钢板成形技术进行研究,分析了球面不锈钢板的结构特征及成形工艺,研究了拉深、胀形复合成形过程中起皱和拉裂的平衡控制规律;分析了拉深系数等影响成形的关键工艺参数,设计了一种刚性压边装置,完成了压边力、压力机吨位、凸凹模圆角半径及间隙的计算,结合需求设计了一种球面不锈钢板成形模具。结果表明:凸模直径达到Φ2200 mm的球面不锈钢板成形模具,经过试模修正,所压制成形的12件球面不锈钢板平均轮廓度为1.78 mm,轮廓度最大差值可控制在1 mm之内,成形质量稳定,与支座钢件球面配合压紧后,轮廓度小于0.6 mm,满足标准及设计要求。The forming technology of spherical stainless steel plate for bridge bearing was studied,and the structural characteristics and forming process of spherical stainless steel plate were analyzed. Then,the balance control laws of wrinkling and cracking in the compound forming process of drawing and bulging were studied,and the key process parameters which affect forming,such as drawing coefficient,were analyzed. Furthermore,the rigid blank holder installation was designed,and the blank holder force,press tonnage,radius and clearance of punch and die were calculated. Finally,the forming die of spherical stainless steel plate was designed to meet the requirements. The results show that after trial die correction,the average profile degree of twelve spherical stainless steel plate products formed by the forming die of spherical stainless steel plate with the diameter of punch reaching Φ2200 mm is 1. 78 mm,and the maximum difference of profile degree is controlled within 1 mm. Thus,the quality of forming is stable,and after being pressed with the spherical surface of bearing steel parts,the profile degree is less than 0. 6 mm to meet the standards and design requirements.
