浅谈辽宁省多比例尺应急基础底图数据库建设

摘　　要：应急测绘工作的新要求是加强应急测绘能力建设,提供完善的应急测绘服务保障,加强应急数据库建设等。应急基础底图数据库是以基础地理信息数据为主要数据源,利用各类地理信息数据及相关参考资料,结合最新版的政区地图,采用要素选取、要素综合、图形化简等技术手段,完成应急基础底图数据的更新。The new requirements of emergency surveying and mapping work are to strengthen the construction of emergency surveying and mapping capacity,provide perfect emergency surveying and mapping service guarantee,and strengthen the construction of emergency database.The emergency basic base map database is based on the basic geographic information data as the main data source,using all kinds of geographic information data and related reference materials,combined with the latest version of the government map,using the technical means of element selection,element synthesis,graphical simplification,etc.,to complete the update of the emergency basic base map data.
