摘 要:文章针对两类顾客随机需求和服务水平约束条件下的库存控制,利用ARENA仿真软件进行库存系统的仿真及优化。首先在设定两类顾客服务机制并引入服务水平约束后建立固定周期内的库存控制模型,然后针对具体算例通过ARENA进行系统仿真,利用模型参数优化器OptQuest辅助求解t,s,S补货策略下总库存成本最小时的安全库存和最大库存。仿真结果表明,文章提出的库存控制方法可在保证服务水平的前提下有效降低库存成本。On the basic of the inventory control problem with random demand of two types of customer and service level constraint,this paper used ARENA software for simulation and optimization of inventory system for the objective to reduce the inventory cost.Firstly,the paper set up the service mechanism of two types of customer and the indicator of service level.And an inventory mode in fixed period was constructed based on the former settings.Then the simulation of the inventory model was carried out by ARENA.The model parameter optimizer(OptQuest)was used to solve the safety inventory and maximum inventory with the minimum total inventory cost under t,s,S inventory strategy.The results show that the proposed method can greatly reduce inventory cost on the premise of meeting certain service level.
