中国情报学界的情景应对研究进展分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]总结中国情报学界有关情景问题的研究与实践进展,强化情报工作中的情景意识,丰富和拓展情报学与情报工作的情景理论,为进一步提炼情报学特有的情景应对理论方法提供借鉴。[方法/过程]在情景应对生命周期框架下,采用文献计量法和内容分析法相结合的方式,对文献年度、来源、作者、关键词等方面进行分析,从情景的情报学理论阐释、图书情报领域的情景应对、竞争情报领域的情景应对、应急情报领域的情景应对四方面重点分析文献的研究内容,对研究文献的基本情况和研究内容进行归纳总结。[结果/结论]情报学领域情景视角相关的研究成果呈现稳定增长的发展态势,尤其在竞争情报与应急情报方面已有一定研究规模。与此同时,需进一步深入情景分析环节,面向各情报工作领域和情报工作流程加强研究。[Purpose/significance]To summarize the situation research literature in information science,strengthen the situation awareness in information work,and enrich the situation theory of information work.[Method/process]Under the framework of the scenario response life cycle,the bibliometric analysis was carried out from the literature year,source,author,keywords,etc.,and by means of the combination of bibliometrics and content analysis.The situational response in the field of library and information,the situational response in the field of competitive information,and the situational response in the field of emergency information focused on the research content of the literature,and summarized the basic situation and research content of the research literature.[Result/conclusion]The research results related to the situational perspective in the field of information science show steady growth and development,and there has been a certain research scale in competitive information and emergency information.At the same time,it is necessary to further deepen the scenario analysis and strengthen the research recommendations for various information work areas and information work processes.
