摘　　要：[目的/意义]ERMS系统需要在对数字资源的进行"存"和"管"的同时,体现采购的流程化和信息仓储建设。研究制定规范化的采购流程,探索科学有效的数字资源采购秩序,并在采购过程中进行数字资源仓储建设,有助于图书馆掌握数字资源供应链上下游的需求,提高图书馆数字资源的采购质量,实现按需采购、精准采购。[方法/过程]通过研究探讨确定以元数据、采购信息、供应信息、账簿信息内容为采购信息仓储建设的内容,根据仓储内容研究数据收割节点,制定数字资源采购的规范化流程,开发出与信息仓储建设和规范化流程配套的ERMS系统。[结果/结论]该ERMS系统体现出对电子资源全生命周期的监控,使图书馆仓储数据得到整合,数字资源得以多维度揭示,实现对数字资源精细化的管理。[Purpose/significance]ERMS system should not only reflect the"storage"and"management"of digital resources,but also reflect the construction of purchase process and information storage.This paper aims to study and formulate standardized purchase process,explore scientific and effective purchase order of digital resources,and carry out the construction of digital resource storage in the purchase process,so as to help the library master the demand of upstream and downstream of digital resource supply chain,improve the purchase quality of digital resources in the library,and realize purchase on demand and precise purchase.[Method/process]Through research and discussion,the contents of meta data,purchase information,supply information and account book information were determined as the contents of purchase information warehouse construction.According to the storage contents,the data harvesting node was studied,the standardized process of digital resource purchase was formulated,and the ERMS system matching with information warehouse construction and standardized process was developed.[Result/conclusion]ERMS system reflects the monitoring of the whole life cycle of electronic resources,the integration of storage data,the mufti-dimensional disclosure of digital resources,and the fine management of digital resources in the library.
