摘　　要：文章主要介绍了甲醇分离器内件技术改造,对甲醇分离器内件进行重新设计、制作,新设计的甲醇分离器内件采用组合结构以分离甲醇,利用现有设备壳体及内件支撑,在原丝网除沫器下重新设计新增一套膜片羽翅式高效除沫器(改造后局部流程图见附件),原除沫器保留。A technical modif ication in methanol separator is mainly introduced in this paper,of methanol separator is a design,production,new design of the methanol separator with composite structure with the separation of methanol,using the existing equipment shell and inner support,under the original screen defoaming device to redesign a new diaphragm YuChi type high eff iciency defoaming device(after transforming the local flow chart see annex),the original defoaming is retained.
