站场进出站管道的应力分析

摘  要:近年来,由于现场实际经验日渐增多,以及管道应力分析越来越成熟,大量油气站场项目在站外不再设置锚固墩,而采用加两个弯管后,再进出站的敷设方式。由于站场内外管道设计分界一般在站外2m处,但管道应力分析分界在2m处分界,不能真实的反映管道应力和收(发)球筒固定端受力的真实情况。文章通过对实际项目进行应力分析,得出站场内外管道应力分析计算分界的合适位置。Recently,due to increasing f ield experience and more mature piping stress analysis,in many projects,the anchors are not used outside the oil and gas stations,but the way of adding two bends laying in and out of the station is adopted.Because the design battery limit is generally at 2m outside the station,but the piping stress analysis battery limit is at 2m is not adaptable,it cannot truly reflect the actual situation of the piping stress and the force on the f ixed end of the receiver and launcher’s f ix.Therefore,in this paper,through the stress analysis of the actual project,the appropriate battery limit position of the piping stress analysis calculation of the piping inside and outside the station is obtained.
