摘　　要：碳洗塔是煤气化装置的关键设备。在定期检验时,经常发现焊缝裂纹、复合层裂纹、点蚀、气孔等缺陷,直接影响设备的安全运行。文章以碳洗塔典型的接管角焊缝裂纹缺陷为例,从设备制造、工艺操作等方面,分析了裂纹产生的原因。重点从碳洗塔缺陷修复的关键控制点、焊接工艺、热处理等方面分析,制定了相应的修复方案。Carbon scrubber is the key equipment of coal water slurry gasif ication unit.During regular inspections,defects such as weld cracks,composite layer cracks,pitting corrosion,and porosity are often found,which directly affect the safe operation of the equipment.This paper takes the typical crack defect of the f illet weld of the carbon scrubber as an example,and analyzes the cause of the crack from the aspects of equipment manufacturing and process operation.Focusing on the analysis of the welding characteristics of the carbon washing tower material,key control points for defect repair,welding process,and heat treatment process,a detailed repair plan was formulated.
